This is a very nice carved hardwood inro.  It is a single compartment inro with a high relief carved horse. It is carved from very unusual wood with nice patterns. The ojime is a carved ball and the netsuke is also a wood manju style horse head.  It measures 2 3/4". The artist has signed his name on an inlay of ivory or bone.
