| Welcome friends. It is a pleasure to offer my collection of carved coral culminating after 15 years of searching the world over. During my early years of collecting, carved coral was at least rare and hard to find. But with my travels and Asian Antique connections, I would find several pieces per year to add to the collection. I have never before offered it for sale as it was my private 'hobby'. However, during the past several years, it has gotten all but impossible to find. I am preparing to retire and am clearing out all my 'inventory' including my coral. The coral listed on the pages are genuine Mediterranean coral, not died or treated. Most are considered at least 'vintage'. I have tried my best to capture the color accurately, but the color you view is tempered by my and your monitor settings. I have used the same camera settings and background so one can at least compare. |
